Mountain Bike Camps
On the heels of the successful ski and board camps, Charlie Murray is taking the lead on bringing the same coaching model into mountainbiking. Charlie and some of NZ's other top Enduro and DH riders put on two camps in 2023, at Christchurch Adventure Park (highlights below) and Cable Bay in Nelson.
For 2024 an all-star coaching crew lined up to coach at Cable Bay Adventure Park on December 14th and 15th.

Main Coaches
Sammie Maxwell - Olympian, World Champion and most recently the 2025 Elite XCO World Cup Overall Winner, Sammie's knowledge and expertise is invaluable. With her mix of raw talent, fierce determination, and dedication to the sport, Sammie’s presence at the camp brings real inspiration and a chance to learn from someone who’s fought hard, pushed boundaries, and excelled at the highest level.
Winni Goldsbury - Hailing from Christchurch and still a teenager, Winni burst onto the world enduro stage in 2024, clinching two U21 World Cup wins and becoming the 2024 NZ Enduro Elite National Champ. Now racing elite, she’s already had multiple top-10 finishes and podiums at World Cups this year.

Xanthe Robb - The current NZ Enduro Elite National Champ, Xanthe is a standout young New Zealand rider making waves on the enduro circuit. Fiercely dedicated, Xanthe brings raw talent, youthful energy, and a keen sense of progression, a shining example for any rider wanting to push their limits. Growing up in Nelson, home to some of the country’s steepest, rawest, and most technical enduro trails, she's no stranger to challenging enduro trails.

Amelie MacKay - As a member of NZ’s U23 mountain-bike squad, Amelie's already earned national and Oceania-level podiums, and has spent the season on the XC World Cup circuit. Having Amélie at the camp means learning from a rider balancing technical XC skills, tactical race experience, and fresh drive, a great role model for up-and-coming riders.

Maria Laurie - Maria is a rising star in the NZ mountain bike scene. She’s a multi-time national XC champion and has collected major wins, both nationally and in Oceania continental races. Balancing competitive racing with full-time engineering studies, Maria brings determination, discipline, and a fresh perspective, showing that high-performance MTB and real-world grounding go hand-in-hand.
The sixth coach is a special guest, which will be confirmed at a later date.
